Tokyo Counseling Service was founded in May 1999 by Japan registered mental health counselors and psychotherapists who also provide individual, multicultural, couples and family counseling and at Ikebukuro Counseling Center and group therapy programs at the adult daycare rehabilitation center at Hozumi Clinic medical center.

Every mental health counselor, clinical psychologist, group therapist and psychotherapist facilitating groups at Tokyo Counseling Service is professionally trained and qualified in Japan. All are registered with recognized credentials in Japan as mental health professionals. Every counselor, psychotherapist, psychologist, group therapist is bilingual and speaking both English and Japanese.
