Fees for counseling and psychotherapy are based on a flexible scale depending on the client’s individual or family income and financial position and are agreed upon together by the counselor or therapist and the clients during their first session together.
The fee scale usually starts from Y10,000 for an individual counseling appointment and from Y15,000 for couples counseling, marriage counseling and family therapy. Naturally special consideration is also given if a client is experiencing financial problems and hardship at the time of applying for counseling or psychotherapy services.
