Approach & Background

Christopher grew up and lived most of his life in sunny South Florida. He trained in the US and uses an integrative approach of CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), (PCC) Person Centered Counselling and Existential Psychotherapy approaches. Putting the clients needs and goals first while also providing skills and toolsets to be used for furthering their progress throughout their lives.



Christopher started his career working with children with ADHD and Selective Mutism in group settings at the FIU Center for Children and Families. From there he worked for the STAR program at Citrus Health Network, aiding inmates and those in crisis suffering from more severe comorbid disorders such as Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Substance Abuse Disorder.



Christopher has since been with the TCS team as of October 2019 specializing in helping primarily adults with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Schizophrenia as well as cultural adjustment support.
